End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("End User" or "you") and LiveOrder ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the LiveOrder mobile application, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal or business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services;
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Services;
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

To use the Services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our use of your personal data is governed by the LiveOrder Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Company may update or modify the Services at any time. Updates may be automatically installed without prior notice. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

The Services, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Services.

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. If changes are made, the updated Agreement will be posted on our website or within the Services. Continued use of the Services after the changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
